WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU BUY YOUR HOME

WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?

     MFH has a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. A two-year limited warranty on defects in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooking, venting and mechanical systems. And, a ten-year structural warranty that covers major structural defects.

WHEN IS THE DEPOSIT (EMD) DUE? 

     The deposit shall be paid directly to the community title and escrow company within 3 days of signing the purchase contract.

ARE LOTS AVAILABLE TO RESERVE IN ADVANCE?

     We're not currently accepting lot reservations, but we can start the contract process for your preferred lot and plan.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT (EMD)?

     A. The deposit is 3% of the total purchase price.

     B. USDA-Direct: deposit is $2500
